The Nila Exports, solely the proprietary concern was established in the year 2000 the founder being Mrs. Rajitha Somarajan, W/o P.Somarajan a first generation industrialist in the cashew sector.
In recognition of the organization as a leading exporter of kernels, the Govt of India had accredited it with: One Star Export House certificate (certificate no.014891 dated 20.12.2004) in 2004. The organization is also a registered member of the Cashew Export Promotion Council of India (Reg.No.CEPC : EA : CRT: 719/2001) and the Federation of Indian Exporters Organization (reg. No. FIEO/SR/2003-2004/3838/MPG valid up to 31.03.2009) and also the member of AFI (Association Of Food Industry), and also the FDA, U S A (Food And Drug Administration) registration no.12734938992.
